As per recent NSW Government announcements our holiday parks will be closed from 5pm August 5, 2021.

The safety of our guests, residents and staff is the highest priority and there are some important changes that will be in place to ensure that we comply with government guidelines for operating a COVID safe business.

How do I credit, cancel or refund a booking?

Bookings are currently closed, if you have an existing booking please contact the park directly for a credit or refund via 1800 626 438 or via email;

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 including sore throat, fever, dry cough, shortness of breath (full list of symptoms available here), please seek medical advice through your doctor or by calling the National Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 020 080.
