At Lake Mac Holiday Parks we are on a journey to make inclusive tourism mainstream.

We will do this by:

• training and developing our team, including establishment of plans for identified positions,
• striving in our product development space to create more inclusive elements in our parks with every project we deliver,
• increasing our inclusive accommodation options and product mix,
• partnering with organisations, events and groups to seek expertise, advocate passionately and support like-minded ambitions,
• proudly wearing our commitment on our sleeves and communicating inclusion openly with language, imagery and messaging.

An inclusive destination is more than just being wheel chair accessible. It’s about catering for the many and varied needs of everyone, whether it is visitors with mobility restriction, parents with a pram or people with vision impairment.

Our parks at Belmont, Swansea, Sails and Blacksmiths have a range of accommodation options and facilities to suit a variety of needs including accessible swimming pools (ramp, hoist, aqua wheelchair), flat pathways and ramps and accessible BBQs. Belmont, Blacksmiths and Swansea also have inclusive playground equipment.
