Accommodation features
Parking and access to villa
There is a large accessible parking space adjacent to the villa with a flat pathway leading to a covered access ramp (ramp clearance 990mm).
There are automatic remote controlled sliding cabin entry doors which are 1100 mm wide allowing plenty of room for access.
Two Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed which can be split into two singles. The beds are 670mm high with 120mm clearance underneath, while the doorways are 970mm wide.
Remote controlled blinds feature throughout the villa.
Two Bathrooms
The villa has an accessible bathroom with adjoining access doors to both the king bedrooms. The access bathroom has 970mm wide doorways, grab rails, height adjustable shower, folding shower seat and flat floor surface.

Height to toilet seat - 470mm
Height to toilet pan - 440mm
Height to shower seat - 480mm
Clearance under bathroom sink - 700mm
There is also a second main bathroom with an 820mm wide doorway.
Kitchen facilities
The accessible kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, motorised height adjustable benchtops and overhead cupboards that can be lowered down. The bench has 780mm clearance at the highest point and 480mm at the lowest.
There is a bottom mounted fridge and plenty of circulation space.
Dining area
The dining area is off the kitchen and features a four seater table with wheelchair access on each end. Dining table has 720mm clearance underneath.
Living area
The living area features two lounges and a large wall mounted flat screen TV featuring Foxtel. The lounges are 410mm high.
Laundry facilities
The villa has its own laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer and clothes lines.
Deck and outdoor living
There is a large covered deck at the front of the villa, with views of the lake
The deck has a BBQ along with an outdoor dining setting and breakfast bar.
