Parking and access to villa

There is a large accessible parking space adjacent to the villa with a flat pathway leading to a covered access ramp.

There are automatic remote controlled sliding cabin entry doors which are 1100 mm wide allowing plenty of room for access.

3 Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and air-conditioning. The bed is 700mm high with 160mm clearance underneath.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and air-conditioning. The bed is 500mm high with 150mm clearance underneath.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed sleeping two people with clearance under the bed of 260mm, height to top of mattress for the lower bunk of 550mm and clearance between the lower bunk and upper bunk of 740mm.

Each bedroom has a 930mm wide doorway and remote controlled blinds.

Accessible Bathrooms

The villa has an accessible bathroom beside the main bedroom. The access bathroom has a 930mm wide doorway, grab rails, a folding shower seat and flat floor surface.

Kitchen facilities

The accessible kitchen features a dishwasher, convection microwave oven, motorised height adjustable benchtops and overhead cupboards that can be lowered down.

The bench has 840mm clearance at its highest point but can also be lowered at the push of a button. The clearance under the sink is 630mm high and 1050mm wide.

There is a bottom mounted fridge and plenty of circulation space.

Dining area

The dining area is within the area plan area off the kitchen and lounge area. A six-seater table is in place with 755mm clearance underneath. Dining chairs also feature arms.

Living area

The living area features a large 'L" shaped lounges and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The height to the seat is 450mm and the depth of the seat is 560mm.

Laundry facilities

The villa has its own laundry facilities including washer/dryer combination machine and clothes lines.

Deck and outdoor living

There is a large, covered deck at the front of the villa, overlooking the park.

The deck is closed in on the southern wall to provide additional weather protection.
