Poolside 3 Bedroom Deluxe Villa
For the larger family coastal getaway or a holiday with friends, our three-bedroom poolside deluxe villa for nine is ideal. It's beautifully presented with contemporary furnishings and is sure to create some lasting memories. The modern open-plan kitchen and lounge area opens onto a spacious verandah with outdoor furniture overlooking our large resort-style swimming pool. There are three separate bedrooms – one with queen bed, one with a trio bunk (a double bed with a single bunk above) and one with two sets of bunk beds for the kids. Other features include an internal bathroom, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave and hot plates, and air conditioning.

Poolside Accessible Villa
Our poolside accessible villa features a large deck and overlooks our resort style swimming pool, which is accessible via a ramp. The two-bedroom villa is equipped with an access ramp, a disabled parking space, lowered bench tops, large bathroom with rails and 920mm wide doorways. Bedroom one has a queen bed while bedroom two has two single beds that zip together to become a king bed when required. The villa features a large deck with outdoor setting, flat screen TV with Foxtel, dining setting and lounge area.

Our two bedroom deluxe villas are the ideal choice for a family holiday. Accessible Villa
Our wheelchair accessible villa overlooks grassland and takes in filtered views of the Lake. Equipped with an accessible ramp and large bathroom with rails this lovely villa sleeps up to four people. It has a lounge and TV area, complete with Foxtel, queen sized bed and bunk beds. The park also features a heated resort style pool with an access ramp.

Safari Tent
Experience the joys of camping but with the luxury of glamping in our safari tents.
Both Safari Tents have a full size fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, shower, toilet, television and BBQ on the deck overlooking beautiful Lake Macquarie.
We have 1 family tent that sleeps up to 4 people and 1 couples tent that sleeps up to 2 people.
Budget Cabin
These cabins are ideally positioned close to the lake and sleep up to four people. They are a short walk to the recreational area of the park, which includes a camp kitchen, recreational room, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and large outdoor playground. These cabins are perfect for a family of four, featuring one main bedroom with a double bed, a bunk area for the kids, bathroom, and an open living, dining and kitchen area.

Our Waterview Ensuite Sites offer your own personal amenities unit with uninterrupted water views. They feature a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site, level parking for the van or motor home and a concrete slab. Looking for the perfect place for your caravan or RV? Look no further than Swansea Lakeside. Our caravan park offers a large range of powered sites (grass and some slab sites), conveniently located near the camp kitchen, laundry facilities, amenities, and outdoor barbecue/dining areas.
Our Waterview Powered Sites, are relatively flat, easily accessible and offer stunning views of Lake Macquarie. We have the space to cater for all size motorhomes and caravans.

Standard Powered Sites
Our caravan park offers a large range of powered sites (grass and some slab sites), conveniently located near the camp kitchen, laundry facilities, amenities, and outdoor barbecue/dining areas.
Our Standard Powered Sites are relatively flat, easily accessible and located in central positions throughout the Park. We have the space to cater for all size motorhomes and caravans.

We have a number of grassy unpowered sites that are located in a lovely shaded area of the Park, close to amenities and other park facilities.

Lake Mac Villa - 3 Bedroom
Stunning three bedroom, two bathroom accessible villa overlooking the resort style swimming pool. Comfortably sleeps up to six people. The villa is equipped with a covered access ramp, large deck with outdoor setting and bbq and self opening entrance door. Kitchen facilities include oven, dishwasher, motorised adjustable kitchen cupboards and benchtops. Large accessible bathroom with rails and 920mm wide doorays. Bedrooms one and two have a shared two-way ensuite between them and each have a king bed that can be split into two single beds. Bedroom three has a set of bunk beds. Remote controlled blinds and large circulation spaces feature throughout the villa. Other features include large screen TVs with Foxtel, air conditioning, dining setting, two lounges and self contained laundry facilities.
Lake Mac Villa - 2 Bedroom
