Top Fishing Spots Near Wangi Wangi
Wangi Point Holiday Park is ideally positioned opposite the channel entrance at Swansea, so whether you are a first time fisher or a seasoned angler, these spots are where the big ones frequently bite:
- Wangi Point, grab some bait from the park reception, walk to the Point and cast a line.
- The Drop Over and Pulbah Island, you’ll need a boat to get to these two angling hot-spots, whose deep waters are a haven for many species of fish. Pulbah Island is accessible from Dobell Park, Dobell Drive, Wangi Wangi and is a great spot to catch bream and tailor.
- Nearby Fishing Point and Coal Point also offer good spots to wet the line and chase some flathead, tailor or bream.
