Located as a part of Nine Mile Beach extending from the beach car park off Awabakal Avenue northerly to the Belmont Golf Club boundary. Leash free area at all times.
Blacksmiths – Dobinson Reserve
Dobinson Reserve is bordered by the Pacific Highway, Maneela Street, Tirranna Street and Tirriki Street. Leash free area at all times.
Marks Point
Reserve bounded by Haddon Crescent, Docker Street and bushland reserve. Leash Free at all times.
Swansea Dog Exercise Area
Thomas Humphreys Reserve is an open grassed area bounded by Wallarah Street, Dobinson Drive and the boat ramp access roads and car park. Leash free area at all times.
Speers Point
Lake Macquarie City Council has recently opened a fully fenced leash free dog exercise area at Creek Reserve Road, Speers Point. This features 10,000 square metres of space for dogs of all ages, shapes and sizes to meet and greet and have lots of fun running around in a safe environment.
