Brand new two bedroom two bathroom villa comfortably sleeps up to four people.
The villa is equipped with a large accessible parking space with ramp to the cabin deck.
Accessible features including wheel chair friendly ramp, self-opening entrance door, large circulation spaces throughout the cabin, motorised adjustable kitchen benchtops and cupboards, remote controlled blinds and accessible bathroom facilities.
Bedrooms have king size beds which can be split into singles - one bedroom has an ensuite while there is also a large accessible bathroom.
Large screen TV in lounge area and bedroom, air conditioned, self-contained laundry, electric cooktop and oven, convenient location in the centre of the park.
The villa also has a BBQ on the deck along with outdoor setting.

Parking and access to villa
There is a large accessible parking space adjacent to the villa leading to a covered access ramp with a clearance of 990mm.
There are automatic remote controlled sliding cabin entry doors which are 1100 mm wide allowing plenty of room for access.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed which can be split into two singles. The beds are 670mm high with 90mm clearance underneath. The bedrooms have 920mm wide doorways and large circulation areas.
Remote controlled blinds feature throughout the villa.
Bathrooms
There is an accessible bathroom in the villa with a 920mm wide doorway, grab rails, height adjustable shower, folding shower seat and flat floor surface.

Height to toilet pan - 440mm
Height to shower seat - 480mm
Clearance under bathroom sink - 700mm
There is also an ensuite bathroom off the second bedroom.
Kitchen facilities
The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, motorised height adjustable benchtops and overhead cupboards. The bench has 780mm clearance at the highest point and 480mm at the lowest.
There is a bottom mounted fridge and plenty of circulation space.
Dining and living area
There is a combined dining and living area off the kitchen area. The dining table seats four and has 710 clearance. There is a three seater lounge and a single armchair, both 420mm high. The large screen TV features Foxtel.
Laundry facilities
The villa has it's own laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer and clothes line.
Deck and outdoor living
There is a large covered deck at the front of the villa with a BBQ, outdoor dining setting and breakfast bar.
Remote controlled features
The villas feature a range of remote controlled automatic features including automatic sliding entry doors; remote controlled blinds and curtains; and motorised adjustable kitchen benchtops and overhead cupboards, allowing access for a person who uses a wheelchair.
The villa has it's own hoist available for use by guests - the Allegra Sonata 150 is a lightweight, compact mobile patient lifting hoist with a working load of 150kg.
