There is room for everyone to enjoy the water activities either on the lake or along the 30km of unspoilt coastline. Hire a boat or kayak and visit the many sand islands dotted throughout the Lake. For more extreme action bring along your jet skis or wakeboard.

From a casual breakfast to a romantic waterfront dinner, Lake Macquarie is home to more than 100 restaurants and cafes. Freshly caught seafood and famous Hunter wines are just some of the stars of the local menus.
